Please have your card details and a contact telephone number at the time of booking.
A non-refundable deposit of one nights accommodation will be placed on your card at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy for direct phone and e-mail bookings
Applicable to phone and e-mail bookings only direct with the property.
A cancellation of 14 days or more, prior to arrival will incur the cost of one night.
A cancellation of less than 14 days will incur the full amount of the booking, unless alternative dates can be arranged. No refund will be given for nights cancelled during a stay.
