Services for guests with special needs

Wheelchair on a deck overlooking the beachWe welcome guests with special needs.

On site is a large independent-access bathroom with full showering and toilet facilities built to Australian standards. This bathroom is a stand-alone facility and can be used by any guest with special needs.

Both ecocabins have wheel-in showers and Sandpiper cabin has a hand-held shower head and vertical safety rail. Shower chairs are available. The toilets are accessible via toilet chairs with arms. Floors are on one level, with everything within easy reach of wheel chair users. Entrances to the cabins and decks are ramped.

Guests staying in the spa lodge will need to use the independent access bathroom as the shower is not accessible in the lodge. Transfer to the toilet is possible via a toilet chair with arms. All beds are accessible and can be raised with blocks. Entrance is via a portable ramp.
