Property Policies

Children/infants are only accommodated in the Spa Lodge.
Booking in time is from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival - earlier times by arrangement.
Booking out time is prior to 10.00 am on the day of departure.
As our property is a destination and not a stopover, advanced bookings are required for a minimum of 2 nights.
A non-smoking policy applies inside the accommodation.
Servicing of your accommodation is carried out on the 2nd morning and every alternate day.
As the farm is a 'Land for Wildlife' property, pets are not accepted.
Property facilities are for the sole use of resident guests.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation 14 nights out, or more, prior to arrival will incur the cost of one night's accommodation, unless alternative dates can be arranged.
A cancellation of less than 14 nights out, prior to arrival, will incur the full cost of the booking.
No refunds will be given for nights cancelled during a stay.

Travel Insurance is recommended.
