Services for guests with special needs

We welcomes guests with special needs.

On site is a large independent-access bathroom with full showering and toilet facilities built to Australian standards. This bathroom is a stand-alone facility.

In the spa lodge the bathroom does not have an accessible shower but transfer to the toilet is possible via a toilet chair with arms. All beds are accessible and can be raised with blocks. Entrance is via a portable ramp and the unit is on one level.

In the ecocabins the showers are wheel-in but do not have rails or a hand held nozzle. The toilets are accessible and shower chairs are available. Entrances are ramped and the floors are level.

Nature cabins have steps and are not accessible by a wheelchair.

A beachside deck for bird watchers has ramped access.
